I LOVED living at Oak City Apartments! Excellent value on the rental prices, and the facility is undergoing renovations for a new gym space. The pool was clean, quiet, convenient, and a fun oasis tucked away off capital blvd. I loved how conveniently close everything you need is in the area. Infestation of roaches every summer. Small ones coming out from under the fridge and stove, and big ones in your bedroom and living room. Had to buy a special spray to keep the ants out considering our 1st year here, it was ants on EVERY wall, No matter how clean your apartment is, it’s horrible!! ac breaks every summer, earlier this year we had a mouse in our apartment because of the drug addicts that hover around this building and leave trash. Update: Moving out I still owe them 600 something plus my deposit for carpet “distruction”. Ive added my images below. Just want to warn anyone with moving in! I was warned from neighbors that have left that they add extra charges when moving out. And I was also charged. Being a resident in this apartment complex for two years. Outstanding customer service. I have never been more impressed by the positive attitude and I have always felt that I was never intruding. They make you feel very comfortable when you stop in. My two year old grandson always wants to stop by the office when we are on our afternoon walk. They are always happy to see him, he likes everyone in the office and they all make him feel special, he’s not a bother to the office. This is by far one of the greatest communities I’ve lived in and that’s why this has been such a hard decision to move. Because I’m getting married in a month, The decision hasn’t been on my own. This was my first community in North Carolina and will always hold some of my fondest memories. I will always recommend you to anyone looking for a great place to live!
