I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic. The staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the animals they treat. From the front desk to the veterinarians, everyone took the time to explain things clearly and made my family and my pet feel so comfortable there. The clinic is very clean, well-organized, and appointments are handled efficiently. They even let me book a same day appointment which many clinics do not offer. I spent more than 1k in the last 3 months because my cat got allergies and itchy skin. They have us to do all the blood work, fecal exam, buy expensive prescription food and medications. They recommended antibiotic and itchy shot, 3 month flea medication that they applied at the office , but the condition does’t improve. I called to have my cat to take another itchy shot because he still have allergies because of all the flea bite. They told me they cannot just give a shot and i have to pay for the shot and a vet visit. We c... read more
Went there and arrived at 5:38 pm to drop off something and there was only one staff member and they were shutting the last light off and clocked out even though their sign says the close at 6pm.
Absolutely amazing team at Oak Grove. I called and spoke with the vet who offered me two appointment times for a same-day appointment for my dog. The entire team was very helpful, caring and efficient and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The prices were very reasonable and the facility was spotless.
I’m not happy.. I took in this kitten that needed help and seen the vet 1 time. But I have spent almost $400 and the cat hospital did so much more and I didn’t have to ask. But I was billed for all these charges.. I will need to move on,, thanks
