This is a great place to rent for a year or two. Mostly quiet. And if you take care of the place and leave it how you found it, you WILL get your deposit back.
Visited my son. It was a pleasant place.
The manager is a little strict but you have to be to keep a place nice. This is the best place I have ever lived in. I would strongly recommend checking it out.
I have lived here for almost 9 years, and there has been some exciting things happen in our Lil Community. For example, we had the Movie "Dixieland " shot in Oct.2014.Which I played 'Moma' to 'Rachel' Riley Keough, Elvis Presley's eldest granddaughter. Starring, Riley Keough, Jamie Jordan, Chris Zelka, Faith Hill, Brad Carter, Mj Mitt, Mick Foley, and many more. Director Hank Bedford, Producer Jen Gatain.
Great place to rent from. Friendly staff. Good maintenance crew. Recommended.
