Great office and staff. This was my first time scheduled fir root canal. After exam, things changed and yhe tooth couldn't be saved. DR Pawluk explained why the root canal would nit work. His staff efficiently changed gears and it was done. I had great instructions on what to 3xorct and care afterwards. I followed the instructions and have had no discomfort. As my first experience I was happy. All the staff was professional, caring and put me at ease.
I went there for a root canal but the tooth was in such bad shape it had to extracted and a bone graft put in place. Dr John Pawluk showed me the xrays and explained why extraction was the best option. The procedure was done quickly and it was painless. The staff was professional and made very comfortable and explained the all the post-op instructions and gave me the printed form to take home with me. I give them 5 stars.
This place is absolutely amazing! I had a root canal done, and Dr. Pawluk was truly fantastic. He made the experience completely pain-free – in my tooth and in mouth. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive as well.
This was a very positive root canal procedure. The entire staff demonstrated professionalism, care and empathy. I have had other similar procedures in the past at different locations and this experience was the best I have had. They called me earlier today for the 24 hour check and the only thing I could report was that I felt like I hadn't had a procedure yesterday!! Thank you to Dr. Pawluk and the entire team!!
This place was wonderful. Last year I went to a different one which I regret and coming here,the difference was like night and day. They were able to see me very quickly and the quality of care I received made me feel like they really cared about me and the reason I was there. AND the next day Dr. Pawluk called me HIMSELF to make sure I was doing ok. Usually a nurse or office associate calls.
