I had my initial appointment with Dr. Penesis for a root canal. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a quick, easy, and painless process. The receptionist had all my information ready upon my arrival. Dr. P and his assistant Jenny had great banter during my procedure. It’s probably best I couldn’t talk because the procedure would have been much longer. I was very nervous about having a root canal due to an unpleasant experience in the past with a different endodontist. Dr. Penesis and his staff were very patient with me, and helped me to relax during the procedure. There was no pain, and I felt fine the next day. I need to have a second root canal, and I am not dreading this one due to the care that I received from Dr. Penesis and his staff.
Dr Penesis and all the staff from the scheduler to the receptionist were great. They were all very emphatic to me ; I suffer from acute dental anxiety.
My husband had a root canal done by Dr. Penesis and couldn’t be happier. Dr and staff made him feel very comfortable from the minute he walked in the office. Highly recommend Dr. Penesis!
Everyone was very friendly and kind. Vince A. Penesis D.D.S. was very patient with me and professional. I don’t believe anyone likes going to an endocrinologist, but the experience was very good. I will definitely tell my friends and family to consider this location for their Endodontic needs. Thank You.
