Avoid Oakline Floors at all costs! If you’re considering using this company for custom tile work, turn around and run the other way. Our builder unfortunately chose them, and it turned our construction experience into a complete nightmare. The issues started early, and it only got worse. This company is terrible. Twice we have had issues with our flooring in our house and they have fought us both times to fix it. They installed wood flooring that was obviously not of good quality. It took almost a year to get them to fix it. Now our tile in our bathroom is coming up off the floor and they will not help at all. The quality of work that they do as well as the customer service is some of the worst I’ve experienced. We extended our existing hardwood floors and so glad we used Oakline. The transition from the old (which they refinished) to the new is flawless. Great experience from start to finish and I highly recommend Oakline. From Sammy the owner to Mike in sales and Andrew who manages the crews they have been pros all the way.
Oakline came to rip out our floor in our shower because it was horrifically installed by a different company during our build. The PM, Nick, was extremely pleasant and communicative during the quick process and Candelo, the installer, was efficient, professional, friendly, and had great workmanship. I appreciated how he covered our floors and used drop cloths to keep the rest of our bathroom clean. Our shower looks brand new now. Thank you!!
30k for "Our Highest Quality Hardwood Floor" and the most expensive mono coat finish available this is what you get. Gaps between every plank, some big enough to get a quarter in and After weeks of trying to get someone out to look at the floors they are trying to blame it on the humidity levels and that there is supposed to be an expansion gap every 3 or four planks.
