This company is terrible. Twice we have had issues with our flooring in our house and they have fought us both times to fix it. They installed wood flooring that was obviously not of good quality. It took almost a year to get them to fix it. Now our tile in our bathroom is coming up off the floor and they will not help at all. The quality of work that they do as well as the customer service is some of the worst I’ve experienced. Our builder uses Oakline and we thought it was a great idea to be able to make all our choices / designing in one place, at one time. We've built from scratch before and it is a lot of work if you have to go to several places. The actual experience however, left a lot to be desired. Tara was our consultant and was not very helpful. We extended our existing hardwood floors and so glad we used Oakline. The transition from the old (which they refinished) to the new is flawless. Great experience from start to finish and I highly recommend Oakline. From Sammy the owner to Mike in sales and Andrew who manages the crews they have been pros all the way.
Avoid Oakline Floors at all costs! If you’re considering using this company for custom tile work, turn around and run the other way. Our builder unfortunately chose them, and it turned our construction experience into a complete nightmare. The issues started early, and it only got worse. Our salesperson Yoshio and the installer Lalo were absolutely amazing. Covered all options for a tile repair, pricing was very reasonable, and install was easy and quick. Thank you for a great experience
