The facility is clean, great customer service from when you get in at the front to the care staff. The administrator is calm and welcoming.

This building was beautifully remodeled and refurbished! The staff is very responsive to its patients and residents and they show how much they care for them with each interaction. And administration is great too! Nothing but 5⭐️’s here.

I have been ask the Lady I work for to try this place it looks Great and is just what she needs. She did go on January 24th of this year. She text me All Night Long. Saying " I Hates This Place " " I NEVER WANT TO SEE THIS PLACE AGAIN " This is reason I gave a 1 star I will Apologize for telling her that this is what she need. I thought it would be Amazing... just was is NOT!

I do not recommend to anyone. They are very understaffed and the patients do not get the care they need nor the care they deserve. No one cares here but a few of the cna’s the administrator, the DON or none of the nurses care about the patients they only care when a family member get on them about taking care of their loved one’s. The food served is horrible and they have rats and roaches in the kitchen it so unsanitary there and the building is filthy. They only keep the parts of the facility clean where they know visitors ... read more
