My experience here was unfortunately not a positive one. During the year my mother was at this facility, there was frequent turnover in both the Administration and Nursing departments. While I understand that nursing is a demanding profession, the constant changes in staff raised concerns about stability and continuity of care. Oakmont social / fianancial person called me to request a 1500.00 for my relative to be creamated . My relative wanted to be donated to medical science - creamation is free , 1 hour later Oakmont social / fiancial employee called back to let me know everything was taken care of . The lazy person did not fill out 13 page form - only called back and said it was taken care of . I and hospice had to do all the work at moment of death when oakmont could not find any of donation papers or facility . If any person you care about an... read more

This building was beautifully remodeled and refurbished! The staff is very responsive to its patients and residents and they show how much they care for them with each interaction. And administration is great too! Nothing but 5⭐️’s here.

I have been ask the Lady I work for to try this place it looks Great and is just what she needs. She did go on January 24th of this year. She text me All Night Long. Saying " I Hates This Place " " I NEVER WANT TO SEE THIS PLACE AGAIN " This is reason I gave a 1 star I will Apologize for telling her that this is what she need. I thought it would be Amazing... just was is NOT!
