Trust your gut and don’t be fooled by this gorgeous facility! Management is inexperienced ans a revolving door across all departments. The facility is chaotic with no access to memory care and random people working at the front desk. Rules are ignored, the building isn’t secure and the check-in system is broken. The wellness department can’t keep a nurse and resident and family concerns are ignored. You never see residents busy doing anything. Drive by and you’ll see the place is being boycotted. Steer clear

I believe it should be made aware that your current kitchen staff, specifically the young gentleman Tyler, has an extremely positive attitude and a great work ethic. During my family visit, I made it a point to be observant of the staff of this facility, and what I witnessed gave me comfort that my relative is in the right place. That Tyler individual deserves a raise, as he greeted me and asked me if I needed anything. The facility is very attractive . However , after recommending this facility to 3 families we are extremely disappointed in the lack of care and concern for the residents. Our Church Member age101 fell and remained on the floor for 2 hours. The other family found their loved one soiled and bent over in a chair. They are very short staffed and lack leadership to monitor staff . Activities are almost nonexistent and the meals are not at all nutritional . Sandwiches , hot dogs etc . Do not even CONSIDER this facility. Extremely poorly run, has had 4 directors and 4 nurses in the last 2 yrs (staying less than 1 yr), constant medication mix ups, facility is not kept clean, front entrance is kept messy, shortage of staff, very high staff turnover rate, employees are unhappy and mistreated, building is not secure, front doors are not locked on time, no one is at the front desk most of the time, police have been there twice, poor quality food, unresponsive to major concerns, not friendly and welcoming towa... read more

This is one of the most caring and attentive staffs I've encountered at a senior community. I come in and out of the community often. Every time I come I'm greeted with a hello and a smile. If that isn't enough for one to feel good about having their loved one live here, just one visit and you will be blown away by how clean, inviting, and absolutely beautiful this place is. It's always clean and has activities, snacks, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!
