Executive director and memory care manager don't care about anything once they get you in there. Very low percentage they would return a phone call or email.
This beautiful place wowed me at first but they are a disaster! They are understaffed, with residents not getting the housekeeping, laundry and care services promised. Overflowing trash, dirty sheets, lost or ruined clothes. Constant complaints about poor quality, unhealthy food and lack of snacks. Constant staff turnover, constant lack of trained employees, lack of passionate staff caring for residents, lack of nutritional meals, lack of dispensing medications regularly as prescribed, lack of activities, families have to wait to enter memory care to visit love one Two residents escaped from memory care as result of staff negligence. Our family member was one of the first residents to move in the facility. She was given false information about the services the Oaks Ie: Activities , IN and OUT for shoppings, extracurricular ie: coordination with Senior Services etc. The residents are not engaged at.all. It is short staffed and the turn over in Administrators is unacceptable.Protocolsfor Covid, Emergency situations were just put in place.. This facility has to be one of the worst in this area of town.
