If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The owner is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I booked an appointment for a Brazilian wax with a jelly mask as well as a brow, lamination and wax the original day of my appointment. I showed up to her office and she was not there and I did not know or hear anything about her family emergency until I was already there in the lobby waiting. Look no more because you have a great esthetician right here!✨ Sam is a great gal, who not only knows her stuff but is also awesome and kind person! When I tell you that I’m a pretty jumpy and low-pain tolerance kind-of-person, she holds no judgment and is completely patient and talks throughout the whole process. Overall, I always have a good experience and 100% recommend Sam😆 Thanks girl! ❤️
My experience with Samantha was wonderful. On a Sunday evening after all other places had already closed, I found this hidden gem. She squeezed me in last minute for an eyebrow wax and did an amazing job. She was super sweet and very professional. I've already made my next appointment and definitely plan on being one of her regulars!
Sam was absolutely wonderful. She made the experience enjoyable with her conversation. She helped prepare me for the appointment a head of time so I knew what to expect. She walked me through every step of the process, keeping things light with small talk. I highly recommend Oaktree aesthetics. I had amazing results.
I got a brow lamination from Samantha and it was amazing! I previously had a brow lamination that didn’t hold from someone else so I was hesitant to try it again but Samantha talked me through the whole process and after care and my brows looked fantastic and lasted over 5 weeks! She is very knowledgeable and kind and it shows both in her work and her interaction with customers! I’m excited to go back!
