Oasis came the day after I called about my AC not working. They quickly found the problem, installed the new part that was needed. They were courteous and professional. The cost was very reasonable. My AC now woks great! I highly recommend this company.
Would not recommend this company. The technician put THREE opinions and incorrect information in his report which resulted in a denial of insurance coverage. I already paid out of pocket, and they refused to make any alterations to the report to only include facts. The end result was me not being reimbursed by the insurance company for a $7,000 repair. Joey was the third technician I contacted regarding a refrigerant leak, and I’m so glad I did. He came out the same day to put eyes on the issue. He quickly identified the issue with his expertise, provided clear and knowledgeable explanations, and communicated effectively throughout the process. From the initial form I filled out online at four 4:30 AM to the scheduling call to the actual service completed and fixed by 11 AM the same day—everything was absolutely phenomenal and I cannot recommend this company enough! Amanda, Ashley, Joey and his technicians are all friendly, professional, quick and efficient! Highly recommend!
