I've gone to the Fishers and Meridian offices of this practice for a long time and was always very satisfied. My doctor retired, and I knew that her replacement wouldn't be the same as her, so I tried to give her a chance. I'm extremely upset because she dismisses any of my concerns as "a normal part of aging" with very little advice on how to help relieve symptoms or prevent further problems. Staff was professional and polite. Treated you like a person not a body. Dr. Jarrett is the best ob/gyn! He listens to the patient's needs and concerns.
I felt very heard during this visit! I typically feel dismissed or ignored after seeing a doctor, and I did not feel that way here at all! Also, the phlebotomist struggled getting blood; however, this does happen everywhere I go and it was no fault of the phlebotomist (I just have difficult veins). I warned her at the beginning, and instead of them not trying anything further, they sent me to the fishers location so I could still get the blood work done the same day.
