Extremely poor customer service. My appointment with the provider went well but then they filed the paperwork for my routine appointment incorrectly, leading me to be responsible for paying a bill my insurance should have paid. I called and emailed them repeatedly over the course of two months and they still have not fixed the issue.
I recommend this ob/gyn center . My first prenatal visit experience was great! Dr Sharma is a knowledgeable and wonderful doctor. She answers all of my questions. I’m looking forward to my next prenatal appoinment. Thank you.
Horrible, they tell you to come in 15 mins before appointment time to then see you 30 mins after your appointment time. There’s no communication or updates while you wait. Such a shame every-time I come to my appointment I always wait so long to be seen . You wait longer in the waiting area than your actual visit with the doctor.
I was nervous about coming in but everything went great. Super nice people who work there and also CRNP Iris, who was excellent doing my exam. Thank you.
Dr Sharma is a great doctor. I higly recommend her
