I give this place a 5 star doctor Carmen M todoro is the most sweetest down to earth doctor he preformed my surgery for a robotic hysterectomy and his whole team was awesome he answered all my questions and even let me pray over him . He was postive all the way threw and that gave me hope thank you doctor Carmen for making my journey amazing and bringing back to my family. So if you nerves about booking your hysterectomy he got you. Thanks again see you soon 😊
I wish there was an option for zero stars. The way this office deals with patients is horrible. My daughter gave birth to her son at Oishei Children's nearly 7 years ago. She is newly pregnant again and at her first appointment she was informed that they no longer deliver there. They sent out no notification to their patients about this change, or she would have found a new doctor rather than waste her time going to that initial appointment. Been going here for years, love my doctor but unfortunately will be switching as since they changed over to their new systems it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office for medical questions and the staff on the answering service for them can be rude and make it uncomfortable to want to come back. Perhaps the answering service would work better for a normal physician but for a gyno I feel as though creating an open and safe environment to air out concerns is vital in supporting women on their health journey regardi... read more
I understand why the reviews at this clinic is low. I rate 2 star instead of 1 was just Dr. Jenn is wonderful. but I don’t trust the accounting and reception staff. I emphasized to both the nurse and doctor that the lab must be sent to Quest since my insurance only accepts Quest. However, I still received results from LabCorp. I called the office to have it corrected, but the nurse told me I had to deal directly with LabCorp and my insurance, which isn’t right. She said the manager would call me, but I never received a call... read more
