Not sure who is on the phones but I had a completely terrible experience which will be my first. Called to have a script refilled on Tuesday, then went in the next day (Wednesday) because I had an appointment in which I asked them to please send out my diclegis script as I am leaving to be in NC with the father of my child and running very low in general (I only now have a couple left), I had a great appointment otherwise but they must have sent it over to my old insurance because walgreens said it was denied, I gave them my... read more
All staff and providers I have encountered over the years are wonderful at both locations. I love my provider, Gracie (Dr. Krol's PA). I loved my provider maureen prior to her as well! Very genuine care you receive. The provider takes the time to listen to any and all concerns. Very happy with them being my OBGYN.
I wish there was an option for zero stars. The way this office deals with patients is horrible. My daughter gave birth to her son at Oishei Children's nearly 7 years ago. She is newly pregnant again and at her first appointment she was informed that they no longer deliver there. They sent out no notification to their patients about this change, or she would have found a new doctor rather than waste her time going to that initial appointment. I give this place a 5 star doctor Carmen M todoro is the most sweetest down to earth doctor he preformed my surgery for a robotic hysterectomy and his whole team was awesome he answered all my questions and even let me pray over him . He was postive all the way threw and that gave me hope thank you doctor Carmen for making my journey amazing and bringing back to my family. So if you nerves about booking your hysterectomy he got you. Thanks again see you soon 😊
This is the first OBGYN facility that I have genuinely felt heard and understood. From the second you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and kindness to the second you leave. Would recommend this office to literally anyone and everyone.
