Dr. Falkner is absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable before my colposcopy. She is hilarious and wonderful. She made my day. I don’t think there’s a better Dr. Out there anywhere. Period!
I absolutely love my doctor Amber kroll and her staff. They are very accommodating. They get back to you right away even after hours and Amber has been a great doctor for years . She’s caring and very understanding of your feelings . I wouldn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else!
Absolutely terrible experience especially at the Lancaster office. The Administrator Rebecca Mecca needs to take a medical sensitivity training. Shes totally insensitive and unprofessional. The Ultra sound tech at the Lancaster office should also be retrained. Furthermore, why is a Doctor’s office charging a fee to complete the medical portion on documentation? Isn’t WNY OB GYN Associates a medical facility/Doctors office? I’m truly confused. I do not recommend this practice to anyone.
I have never been so happy to have a doctor who listens. They never judge and always make sure to help and answer questions. I went before pregnancy and loved them before as much as I do now. I ALWAYS also get answers on the portal so quick and it means so much especially with it being my first pregnancy and being clueless. I always have been heard and never felt like they didn't care. Where to begin…I was asked to arrive early for my first appointment where the system had my birth date wrong even though it was verified 5+ times so “they lost me in the que” and I sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours (1.25 past my appointment time). Upon being called back I was put in a room and told to undress without any explanation (I was there for an initial prenatal visit).
