the team was on time and professional. Diego and Andre took time to explain what they were doing during the day and cleaned up after. Diego also helped us with our water heater and a gas heater in another part of the house that we had questions about. as well as repair a gas pipe that looked suspect. they were kind and considerate, did great work and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. We are very pleased with the result. thank you Diego, Andre and the entire team.
Andre and Bruno arrived on time and ready to work. They laid tarps on the floor so as not to get it dirty. They worked diligently. Andre answered all our questions. They were wonderful! We are so happy to have hired Obie and so happy to have heat again!
Obie did an outstanding job installing a new heat pump. There were able to expedite my request on tight timing, arrived on time, kept our house clean/tisy and completed the installation in one day. Bruno and Andre were terrific to work with and we are very happy with the work they completed. Santiago follow-up service was also outstanding. Thanks!!
We had OBIE install our ductless mini splits (2 heat pumps and 5 mini split units) about 8 years ago. The instation went fine but the technicians forgot to block a hole that wires go through. We found this out last year when another HVAC person said that a mouse crawled into this hole and proceeded to chew on wires impacting our system. That was a $500 job when OBIE could have prevented it by covering the hole during the install.
