Zero stars 10/23. New hvac installed Summer of 2024 worked fine 2/2025. Tech did tune up and said all good 7/2025. AC not working 7/11. Tech comes and tells me no freon!!! He said someone would contact me. 7/16. I called them. Noone called me Told $1000 to fix How unethical is this! Did the tech do something at February tune up? Avoid them like the plague Have already contacted my attorney Dr Paul Galaid
