I have been coming to the Ball Rd location for some time and can truly say it’s always clean, appreciate the card vs coin payment option, feels safer than any other laundromat I’ve been too, and the customer service is on point! For example, I had an issue with 3 dryers today. Had an error message on a random machine previously but not 3. Today I got error messages on them. I love washing at Cali Laundromat. The staff is always pleasant and the facility is extremely clean. In addition the variety of sizes to meet everyone needs of washer the clothes comes out extremely clean. Thanks for being the best in town.
Hispanic manager is very over confident and rude with the customers .I don’t know if she owns this laundry or pretends to own it but Customers should be treated with respect and address respectfully. She tries to intimidate people with her aptitude. She needs to learned to be humble and not arrogant or proud and learned how to ask things politely.That’s a reason why I stopped coming to this laundry other than that all washing machines are clean and in good condition. I want you to see my face so you will remember me.
We came across OC Laundry when looking for a better alternative for the laundry produced by some of the short term rentals we manage. Lori and Maria worked with us to create the best schedule for us and they’ve been nothing but top notch since we’ve started services. Not only are they on time for each delivery, they’ve helped us out of a bind when we needed an off schedule pick up. They even sort everything by size for us. OC Laundry was the best option we could have picked.
Think a past review on mine got deleted by google but this place is genuinely the best laundromat I’ve gone through. Its a bit further from my house but its perhaps the cleanest and the hours are reasonable. Had a sweet girl Alyssa assisting me and my friend too. Another staff also helped my friend but I didn’t get her name but friendly staff is always a plus.
