I am very pleased with the work done to replace the carpet in the master room for tile matching the living areas of my home. All three installers were professional and did work of excellent quality. They were mindful of the noise and dust being generated and closed the bedroom door. Transitions look great and even, baseboards went back and caulked to perfection. I can now easily roll wheelchair and equipments across the spaces where they are used. Thank you!
Great service and stand behind their work. I have used Ocala Floors and More on over 18 projects and only once did they have to Touch up something and it was a manufacturers defect which they promptly came out to fix under warranty. Thank you Ocala Floors and More for making me look good.
I recently purchased a new home which had a crack in the bathroom tile, some glue on one of the bedrooms carpet and some glue on the kitchen flooring. Ocala Floors and More came and expertly took care of all these issues. They were knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.
I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with Ocala Floors & More. I requested a visit to assess a small repair in my home , which should have been a quick job. After confirming a visit for Monday, the technician came and stated he could fix it and that I would receive a quote. It's now Friday, and I have not yet received any quote or follow-up. The lack of communication has been unprofessional, and I'm disappointed with the service so far.
