Staff were very professional and helpful. Shout out to Barbara and Daimy for their wonderful customer service! Our installer, Lucas, showed up on time and was very conscientious of our home, laying down runners for the crew to walk on, so as not to damage the surrounding traffic areas. The job was finished timely and matched our existing tile in the house perfectly. Thank you to everyone!
Each person I spoke with was incredibly helpful. I needed replacement flooring pieces from a now out-of-stock line. They not only helped give me insights as to how the flooring business side works, but also went above and beyond to make sure I got plenty of replacements. I’d gladly give higher than five stars if I could.
