Company a Fraud. Signed contract in June. Stated 30 days for permit and 60 days until completion. It is now January and have had workers at our home 5 days total. Yard is completely ripped up, no phone calls returned from owner and Sales rep only answers sporadically. Excuses, lies, and no follow thru. Do not sign with them. Company is a sham.
