John and the team provided an all round excellent service. He walked us through all the options that would suite our hot tub needs, and really helped us make an informed decision of the tub that we wanted. His expertise was very helpful and informative but gave honest and transparent perspectives on what to consider and what matters. When it came to the delivery after we purchased, the crew who did the delivery was professional, quick and very polite. Plan to be a continued customer and would happily recommend.

Dealt with John and Meredith for our new sauna. Both were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, understood the product they were selling, but also knew that the customer support and making the client feel comfortable was of most importance. Had some questions after delivery, John actually made a house call to make sure all was well. Very happy we decided to go this direction, it’s good to know there are people who stand behind their product to call. Buy from them with confidence.
