Beautiful show room. Meredith was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the tubs. Took her time explaining different models to me until we found the one that I wanted. Came in person to be sure the area slated for the tub would work. Delivery went flawlessly. Loving everything about the tub and using it every day. Will definitely recommend and be a return customer one day.
After a ton of research, I Purchased a Grandee Hot Springs Spa from Ocean Spray a few years ago. 1. The tub by far surpassed expectations. The salt system by hot springs is not only easy to use, but incredibly easy to maintain - the tub literally runs itself. Meredith at Ocean Spray is world class. Iv been coming back frequently throughout the last few years asking questions, getting owners advice and topping up on supplies, and she always gives time to help. I just purchased my second hot tub from Ocean Spray—the first one lasted 23 years and I would only buy the replacement from Ocean Spay. They had to lower the new hot tub and drop it into the deck! Great job by all. Special shout out to Meredith for her expert advice and excellent customer service.
My husband and I had thought about getting a hot tub for about two years. We finally decided that it would be a great addition to our yard. We shopped around and found the best place with the best salesperson, Ocean Spray Hot Tubs in Melville, salesperson Sonny Acevedo. Sonny is extremely knowledgeable and very honest. Sonny was pleasant, informative and honest. He took the time to explain everything we didn't know about hot tubs. I highly recommend him and Ocean Spray.
