I had high hopes for this dental office, especially since they have an in-house periodontist. The place is clean, and the staff are friendly, so I’ll give them 1 star for effort. Before my appointment, I made it clear that my treatment plan included periodontal maintenance cleanings. During my first visit, they did the usual x-rays and a 3D scan of my teeth. This dental office goes above and beyond to help with any and all issues I’ve ever had. I had a zoom appointment and their machine had broken and they let me know ahead. They rescheduled me, gave me a discount and gave me extra whitening products to use at home. Very much above and beyond.
If you are looking for positive experiences and quality call Oceanic Dental. I'm glad I did.
The staff are very pleasant, helpful and friendly. I've been referred to other dental offices but Oceanic is the best so far. Dr. Pham and Dr. Hoang are very efficient and knowledgeable in what they do. They made me comfortable and relax during my procedure. Highly recommended.
