I can't say enough for the entire staff at Oceanside. Corey Blake is one of an elite group, loving, caring, and most of all knowledgeable Brittany K introduced us when she was in Harwich. Pumpkin was comfortable for the very first meeting. In October of 2011 she was diagnosed with cancer - Brittany caught it within a day and Corey was on it and got me up to NEVOG (thanks to them also). <3 <3 Love them!!!!! <3 <3. From the first phone call, I felt like they really cared. The young lady at reception was friendly and knowledgeable. My dog is normally very timid at the vet's. They took their time with her and even walked her around the hospital on her own little tour. Annabelle was soon wiggling and playing with the staff. Dr. Blake took a very long time to go over the options, and we decided to get the extra blood work done because of Anna's weight. I am appalled and disgusted with how this practice functions and seeks only to line their pockets with no care whatsoever for the animal. I advocated for my animal and was met with being told to find a different vet. The vet I spoke with does not like to be wrong and after seeking emergency vet medical attention for an ear infection for my dog at a different hospital I was advised that this place should have had no problem giving me my animal's ear medication especially since the animal had been seen previously 4 times for t... read more

Absolutely the worst veterinary service in over 40 years of owning precious pets. We were referred for dental x-rays for a suspected tumor in our baby’s jaw (our vet did not have the special equipment). Her records were faxed over prior to appt. She did not need an exam or any of the other foolish things for which we were charged. Dr J****** made our cat wait 2 and a half hours for the X-ray. Our cat was traumatized sitting in a cage for so long (for which we were charged). No exam was required as she was under the care of o... read more
