Sorry to say the front desk person was awful. Rude doesnt describe her attitude or tone. The entire office can hear what she is saying on phone, I question how she has gotten away with this for so long. after a 2 yrs I have decided to go else where. i am sure staff & doctors know how she behaves but does nothing.
