Friendly, professional staff and Dr. Layher is the best!
Sorry to say the front desk person was awful. Rude doesnt describe her attitude or tone. The entire office can hear what she is saying on phone, I question how she has gotten away with this for so long. after a 2 yrs I have decided to go else where. i am sure staff & doctors know how she behaves but does nothing. This tells me I am a number, not a patient. Jeannine is her name. shame of this office for allowing her to talk down to people & be so rude to us old folks. this is the fault of doctors.
