These folks are great!! They saved me $2k, as my property was overvalued. They had to go to PTAB for the appeal and won!! I worked with David Kieta and the process took a few months, along the way, David keep me in the loop and treated me like family. I would highly recommend them ... they'll quickly analyze your property and determine if an appeal is warranted, you only pay a % of what they can save you ... if not, you pay nothing - a BIG WIN/WIN!!

I would give them negative points if possible. I had a very bad experience at the office. Last year (2023) because I was very busy, I called the office on 5/4 to help me protest the property tax. But last year this office did nothing for me and property taxes stayed the same. I didn’t ask them to protest for me this year（2024）, I protested myself. On 5/10/24 I filled out an online protest at efileprotest.colincad.org and received a response from the online protest on 5/15/24 and they took $6000 off my property assessment. Un... read more
