I would like to thank the boarding staff for making me feel so comfortable leaving my dogs in their care. My papillon has Addison’s disease and I was so worried to leave her... but after watching both of my dogs go willingly through the door and getting pictures the moment they were dropped off I felt so much better! I boarded my two dogs at Ocotillo for 6 days while on vacation. The staff took such good care of them and even sent me photos so I could see how they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

I was new to the clinic and very impressed. I'm waiting on the results of a culture--will find out next week.

They are very friendly. I love that they care about treating your dog when there is an issue, not trying to sell you on every test known to man/dog. They do what is necessary. I had a vet in CA that every time you brought in your test, you were guaranteed they wanted to do tons of blood work and tests. I understand it is necessary sometimes, but not always. In on time, out in a timely fashion. Thank you!!
