RecommendedEveryone is so kind at Ocotillo. The receptionists and techs are friendly and love my pets. Every vet we've seen has been sweet, caring, and truly concerned about my fur babies. Dr. Piper performed surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from my dog and she is currently healing. Dr. Piper is so patient with all our questions and kind through this tough time for our family. He is thorough and I never feel rushed during our visits. I really trust that my dogs are getting the best care at an affordable cost.
We had to put out sweet dog down yesterday. They were so kind and compassionate thru the whole process and all of our blubbering tears. They even offered us a paw print of our boy. Today, we received flowers from them with a sweet note of condolence. We are overwhelmed with their kindness-thank you Ocotillo Animal Clinic for loving our pets and feeling our pain.
This place is great!! I travel for work sometime, so I have to feel comfortable about leaving my Yorkie in good hands. From day one, they did everything to make me feelcomfortable. They have even sent me pictures of him on several occasions during his boarding. The staff is Great!! They are a busy place but I wouldn't even think about going any place else. I recommend them to people all the time.
I had to let go of my beautiful, 14-year-old dog, Nick. It was a devastating decision that I concluded was the humane thing to do for my best, little buddy who was suffering from heart disease. I was miserable and they were wonderful at treating my little guy with the respect and dignity he deserved. From the veterinarian to the technician, they were all so kind and supportive.
