90% of staff members don't move with intention or purposefully. I've done a lot of donations here but sadly this is likely my last one at octapharma. Unfortunately I don't see there being any attention paid to my complaint unless I write a negative review online and no longer support this business. I hope your staff and management can do better in the future. Btw, there were 16 people in line with 2 employees doing the health screen on a . Neither one was moving with any urgency. Terrible management. Nobody ever answers the phone. They close unexpectedly semi frequently. Theres no sense of urgency with the staff. Just not good. It seems that the managers are lazy. They should be answering the phone.
