I've been visiting Octapharma for a couple months now and every visit has been exceptional. The monetary compensation is a bonus to knowing that you're providing life saving help. The staff always makes sure you're comfortable and that you understand the process fully. The only downside is that you do sometimes have a long wait. Just depends on how busy the center is at that time.

I really like coming here and is usually really good on Sunday mornings. This past Sunday, it was really busy and they were short staffed. I had to get a physical and some blood drawn, which took about little over 3 hours. I was a little disappointed that I was forgotten about while waiting to get my physical, but I do understand that they were busy and short staffed. Staff was friendly. However the new donor signup is painfully long which isn’t abnormal but I was being skipped in line, there’s no organization. I was there for 2 hours and didn’t even donate because I walked out after getting skipped 4 times as if they forgot about me.

Great place! Hannah was awsome and has excellent customer service period. Always a pleasure coming to this place. Super nice and very professional highly recommended. Good to see a place super clean and having people working who actually like their job. Five stars!
