Because of privacy reasons regarding the confidentiality of donations, I can’t take pictures of the inside. I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years now. I have one thing to say: If you are kind, if you wait your turn, if you’re friendly, they will treat you extraordinarily well. Practice basic decency, and these people, from the nurses to the phlebotomists to all the other personnel, will be friendly and welcome. Pretty clean, fast and decent. Jen & Laura are a good team together! Got me out in less than a hr.
The entire team at this location is top notch! They are efficient and knowledgeable plus the facility is very clean. I would highly recommend donating plasma at the Brown Deer Octapharma location.
Lovely service friendly helpful workers at all locations more than just donating
I was told to come back the next day after spending 3 and 1/2 hours in the brown deer location. They was rude to my wife and she only inquirying if she can donate or not, I was watching a video and can over hear the manager being very rude and mean to her and saying he looked in her donor file and for her to get off his property, she asked if she can tell me she's leaving they, then sent security on her after she was only coming to let me know that she was leaving and that she couldn't donate from a previous interaction she ... read more
