I was told to come back the next day after spending 3 and 1/2 hours in the brown deer location. They was rude to my wife and she only inquirying if she can donate or not, I was watching a video and can over hear the manager being very rude and mean to her and saying he looked in her donor file and for her to get off his property, she asked if she can tell me she's leaving they, then sent security on her after she was only coming to let me know that she was leaving and that she couldn't donate from a previous interaction she ... read more

Pretty good. Very friendly staff I noticed the bottles have gotten bigger so got to give a little more plasma. That's the only thing I was thinking about. But everything else was good.

First time going there I just want to say they are way better than West Milwaukee and anybody thinking about donating plasma I should go to this one. The staff and informative. There was no negative vibes and I was actually really comfortable donating plasma.
