Because of privacy reasons regarding the confidentiality of donations, I can’t take pictures of the inside. I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years now. I have one thing to say: If you are kind, if you wait your turn, if you’re friendly, they will treat you extraordinarily well. Practice basic decency, and these people, from the nurses to the phlebotomists to all the other personnel, will be friendly and welcome. A very friendly and respectful environment to be in. Everyone is understanding, patient, and kind. Even though I was there for about 4 1/2 hours
It's was great everyone there was very nice all workers were very attentive and friendly
The entire team at this location is top notch! They are efficient and knowledgeable plus the facility is very clean. I would highly recommend donating plasma at the Brown Deer Octapharma location.
