Their San Diego location is terrible, just terrible. Walk in and you can easily find 4 associated having personal conversation in a room with zero regard for donors waiting at the front desk. Parking is all but non existent. Not sure if the staff take it all but insufficient. So if you drive to donate, you may need to park several blocks away or just come back.
