This is my favorite place to donate plasma, everyone is friendly and my donations always goes by smoothly.

I love the staff.I had a medical issue and the staff was right there attending to my medical need.They made me feel very comfortable and stayed by my side to make sure I was ok.Thank you Octa Staff..thats a 5 star rating all day.!

Absolutely horrible and incompetent staff. For the second time in a matter of months the unprofessional and unskilled floor member inserted the needle too deep into my arm causing pain and a deep bruise. I notified the little weasel manager with the cheesy mustache and he said it happens if you move your arm during the procedure. I did not move my arm and I certainly did not insert the needle into my arm causing the machine to not work properly. I’ve been coming here a long time and over all in satisfied but they’re always under staffed and it seems like they’re under trained as well. When it was my turn to get stuck and she was opening the package she stopped to unhook the guy next to me which isn’t right I’m my opinion and I’ve already been waiting 25-30 minutes
