I went in to donate today saw from the octoapp that I has to do the physical before I could. Stood at the desk for twenty minutes with no acknowledgement from three different workers who looked me directly in the eyes. Eventually said f it and left.

I just want to take a moment and congratulate this location for its overall staff. I've been donating for 10+ years and this is the best location and the current staff is exceptional as far as expertise. I want to highlight one specific staff member who I've personally noticed as being hardworking and dedicated with a very friendly demeanor. I believe her name is Felicia. She usually screens but may hold another position. Her and Ms. Joyce are always a joy. And shout out Ms. Shanai(?) Who stuck me today, awesome job

Here's why you have to stop ✋ donating at Octapharma plasma. On November 12th of 2021. The company instituted a new donor withdrawal requirement. Instead of donating the usual amount. They are now taking more plasma. In other words, I generally donate 800ML's of plasma per sitting. I learned, they are now taking an additional 190ML's. This makes the combined withdrawal 990ML's.
