I have had the pleasure of being a frequent donator at this location for years. I just wanted to point out how I’ve watched people grow within their career at this location. Specifically Crystal. When she started I was able to be stuck by her a few times. Wasn’t horrible also wasn’t over the top experience. Since then, I’ve been stuck by her at least three times over the last few weeks. Had thw worst experience today (10/16/22) they cared more about finishing up the donation process than they did about me getting sick while donating. My arm has bruised up & is swollen and hard to move.
One person screening 14-15 people in line. That is really efficient. Can we please work more efficiently and get people in and out and cut out the foolishness.
