Well mannered employees. I was nervous due to me being terrified of needles but their manager there made me feel so comfortable. She and staff were great. Followed up on me and checked on me every minute it felt like. Highly recommended.

My visit to Octapharma was much better than I expected. The staff was professional and helpful. I was a bit nervous and scared. I had no idea what donating plasma involved. The machines were intimidating but they were so good at explaining everything and I was hooked up with no pain and no problem. I was started and before I knew it , I was done and on my way home. Thank you

Since my last visit over a year ago their knowledge and bedside manner has improved 1,000%. Since going back to your establishment I have not had any bruising, any resticks, and I have been in and out in less than an hour! Good job

This is my 3rd session in a row that the website was down and I wasn’t able to complete my questionnaire prior to my visit. Hencewhy, I had to use the kiosk. The kiosk is great for many, but an inconvenience for me. I do understand technology is down at times. I was also informed that others didn’t have the same mishap and were able to complete theirs online. I recently mentioned it to my latest medical assistant with no follow up to my knowledge. So, no...I don’t have a good rating this week.

Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Only issue was being told I could get cash back from debit card but that isn't true. You have to use an atm which always charges a fee.
