staff is great. the floor supervisor is the best. Nicole. they try to get you in and out. not happy they dropped the pay rate for the same amount of plasma they collect you get less money now.

The staff at this facility are very professional, respectful and considerate. Place is clean, machines are fairly new, efficient and effective. The New Donor process was surprisingly simple and smooth.
