Very clean, no waiting in lines, pleasant environment, ran very professional, greeted with smiles and friendly conversation for first-timers.
The Octapharma physician who reviews eligibility paperwork that your personal physician fills out, they move the goal posts. First they say I can donate again in January, now they say February first. Honesty is not rewarded here. I recommend Grifols, BioLife or CSL.
