Fast paced and friendly
The people are nice and kind and respectful.
I am a former employee and a donor. I have been trying to get my sample done for about two weeks. But on today, I came in and one employee was able to stick me and get my sample. I was pleasantly surprised by her determination to do her job. Thank you, Octapharma plasma for her training.
I came back for the return new donor program and planned to return back to another center once I was done here . However I really enjoy the staff here , Kelly and the young lady at the front desk (shoulder length locs) are professional yet they manage to bring comfort to the experience. They are constant with making my experience that much easier, I even recommended two new donors.
