Recommendedwell the staff are impeccable.From my first visit I was welcomed and treated nice. ms.kim really exemplified customer service and even saw to it that I understood things even in my distressing moment that day. The staff are very easy going and caring,to name a few: k.p is very polite and kind she even helped me find my keys when I lost them...kudos to k.p. mantias is another employee that deserves recognization. He is everywhere doing things and helping where help is needed. He makes sure you are ok and have been helped.

never go to this octapharma center, they are abusive and disrespectful to donors, they tell them that they will receive 100 dollars for their referrals and they do not pay you, the excuse? they never give you an answer, this center is the one in miami gardens 4690 NW 183rd st 33055, I've been waiting for the money from my referrals for 2 months and nobody gives an answer to anything. thieves, abuse that play with time and the need of the donor.
