Very professional environment and comforting place to donate! The process is quick! You can walk in the door, be screened in under 15 minutes and go almost strait to a bed within minutes and donate. It’s an in and out process! And I also love how you can watch TV while you donate!
The employees were pleasant and the facility is well run, however, it was unbearably cold inside. Despite the in-depth reading material and videos we were made to watch, nowhere was it indicated that the facility temperature would be set to 65° and that bringing a coat or blanket is recommended. I did wear a jacket, but it did not keep me warm because it was so cold inside. If they are going to keep the indoor temperature at 65°, heated blankets should be provided. Robert deleted my fingerprint scan, making it impossible to continue donating. I wasted over an hour today with no luck in re-scanning as my fingerprints are very faint. Claimed it was because I told him that there was no scan in my profile, which is what I was told. Apparently, this caused him to delete it. whatever the reason, my time was wasted and this mistake is going to cost me a lot of potential donation money. Other labs do not pay as well.
