This place has gone downhill fast. they management is pretty much non existent. The staff is overworked while they just siting their office watching. I was first in line this morning and it took almost an hour to get waited on. The staff does not have standardized training everything is left up to whoever waits on you. The staff is not properly trained and in most cases you will have a bruise from the multiple attempts.
