Never enough staff so it takes forever to donate, often over 2 hours. Just not efficient for the pay received. Fewer hours not helping either.

The hours are significantly limited and keep me from donating although they keep calling and asking me to donate. If even one weekday they could be open until 4 that would give more people the opportunity.
