He made my experience yesterday painless, fast and he has a way of speaking to you that makes you feel totally relaxed during the short plasma donating process. He goes the second mile to get you in and out of the building. And he is very professional. This guy loves his job.

The staff is very slow in regards of getting you signed in by checking your vitals even when it's not a packed house. Some white racist lady deferred me for 56 days without any logical reasoning. All because some of my blood cells got clogged in the soduim water bag thingy and when it had happened the old dumb a** ho didn't even have the sense enough to return my blood back and she's been low key eyeing me ever since I've been coming there.
