I have been donating here at octo pharma for approximately 1 year. I can honestly say after my experience at bioplasma I am so glad I came and decided to try again and help in any way I can. From the staff when you walk in when you leave they're very welcoming. Yes sometimes you have to wait but it's worth it. I wish I could name names but I can't because most of all the stuff or nothing but very welcoming and Make the experience much more comfortable.
All employees are always awesome complete professionals. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I’ve tried another plasma donation center and in my opinion there was no comparison to the way you are treated at OctaPharma. I want to give a shout out to Baylee. Always cheerful. The rest of the staff is awesome two. There’s Jesus, and Ricky as well as Francine, Jasmine and Jess. And also the screening ladies always professional as well. When I came in they did inform me that since I was new that it would be a couple hours. They also let me know that they were short staffed. Susan, Jesus, and Abby were the only 3 there and it ended up getting very busy. I think it ended up being close to 3.5/4 hours and they kept apologizing for the delay. I did read online before I came that it would be a long process for a new dinner so I brought a kindle to keep myself entertained. I appreciated them keeping me informed. And letting me know what was going on.
I had a great experience and appreciate the help from Liniere and I didn’t catch the man’s name. They took the time to enroll me due to my situation and everything was well taken care of. I am satisfied with the help that was provided by them. The drive from Oceanside was worth it and the reviews did not disappoint.
My experience was a good experience, the people were very nice, considerate and paid attention to my needs. The payment was received immediately after I was finished donating. I would recommend my friends to go to this plasma donation place. Thank you for your kindness
