I’ve been going to OctaPharma for about 3 months now. I’ve never had a bad experience. They actually make you feel like you’re part of their family. Very professional staff, highly trained and all around great people. I would definitely recommend anyone who might be thinking of donating plasma. 5 stars is not enough stars. Keep up the good work.
Great place everyone there is so so genuine and nice makes you feel comfortable. The first time I was there. I felt really nervous. I had a little bit of anxiety and they made me feel very comfortable and warming and gave me some Gatorade and I felt so much better each time I go in there Tobias is really nice. Highly recommend Escondido location

The staff are always professional and make the donating process fun. You can also tell they enjoy what they do. Facility is always clean. Machines and equipment/materials are thoroughly cleaned where you can see them. Highly recommend. Bayley is the best and a striving nurse who will go far as she’s knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner.
These guys are awesome. They treat you very well with every consideration possible. Everything that they said would happen happened and everything they promised they delivered on. I have absolutely no complaints.
