Love going to Octapharma! I’m disabled and I’m not able to work (I’m very unreliable due to many physical limitations) I finally found a place where I can go when my body is able, don’t need to commit hours & hours at a time and I’m doing something that actually makes a difference in other people’s lives. Susan was super helpful! The staff is amazing and very comforting when you're new at donating plasma. I forgot the Australian guy's name, but he was super cool too and when I was confused he helped guide me where I was supposed to be when I was signing up for the first time! I look forward to doing this for a long time, the extra cash is very helpful being on social security alone is rough! This is such a honor to be able to help. Love this place!
This place is straight trash. New donor, wasted two hours of my time just to be told they want to take a blood test and then I can come back in 3-5 days which was never mentioned in your advertisements. I will never return or even consider returning. 2/4/26
Everyone was very professional kind and made it fun! The whole process was easy and smooth as silk. The staff was so good, I didn’t even feel the needle go in!
I have been donating here at octo pharma for approximately 1 year. I can honestly say after my experience at bioplasma I am so glad I came and decided to try again and help in any way I can. From the staff when you walk in when you leave they're very welcoming. Yes sometimes you have to wait but it's worth it. I wish I could name names but I can't because most of all the stuff or nothing but very welcoming and Make the experience much more comfortable.
