Susan was super helpful! The staff is amazing and very comforting when you're new at donating plasma. I forgot the Australian guy's name, but he was super cool too and when I was confused he helped guide me where I was supposed to be when I was signing up for the first time! I look forward to doing this for a long time, the extra cash is very helpful being on social security alone is rough! This is such a honor to be able to help. Love this place!
I have been donating here at octo pharma for approximately 1 year. I can honestly say after my experience at bioplasma I am so glad I came and decided to try again and help in any way I can. From the staff when you walk in when you leave they're very welcoming. Yes sometimes you have to wait but it's worth it. I wish I could name names but I can't because most of all the stuff or nothing but very welcoming and Make the experience much more comfortable.
Nice employees. Just a very slow process. Everyone seems to be working but a very small percentage is working with urgency or efficiency. Don't particularly appreciate my license being display in a bag in view sight. For newbies the pay is fair than it drops significantly.
When I came in they did inform me that since I was new that it would be a couple hours. They also let me know that they were short staffed. Susan, Jesus, and Abby were the only 3 there and it ended up getting very busy. I think it ended up being close to 3.5/4 hours and they kept apologizing for the delay. I did read online before I came that it would be a long process for a new dinner so I brought a kindle to keep myself entertained. I appreciated them keeping me informed. And letting me know what was going on.
All employees are always awesome complete professionals. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I’ve tried another plasma donation center and in my opinion there was no comparison to the way you are treated at OctaPharma. I want to give a shout out to Baylee. Always cheerful. The rest of the staff is awesome two. There’s Jesus, and Ricky as well as Francine, Jasmine and Jess. And also the screening ladies always professional as well.
