This location is amazing and so are the staff. The team gets you in and out in about an hour. Bailey stands out as a hard worker and efficient. Feel free to give her a hard time if you decide to go in.😉
All of the staff here are so amazing and friendly! You can have a great conversation with all of the front desk staff. They phlebotomist are wonderful at doing their job. Managers are so kind and friendly. Love donating here!
Staff there are terrific (otherwise this would be a one star review), but corporate is terrible with disclosures and communication, resulting in me wasting multiple trips to the office. I was a regular donor for about a year, but won't be wasting any more time there.
Great place. Staff could be a bit more friendly. Feels like they are almost annoyed to see you. They do seem grossly understaffed however all the times I have gone I have not experienced any delays due to this issue. Doesn’t matter though. All in all you’re doing a good thing and getting compensated for it.
I like going there. They make me feel very welcomed and appreciated like I’m making a difference. The staff (Lynette, Brandy, Tobias and Jesus and Jazmin) are so nice. They know what they’re doing.
