I have been donating here at octo pharma for approximately 1 year. I can honestly say after my experience at bioplasma I am so glad I came and decided to try again and help in any way I can. From the staff when you walk in when you leave they're very welcoming. Yes sometimes you have to wait but it's worth it. I wish I could name names but I can't because most of all the stuff or nothing but very welcoming and Make the experience much more comfortable.
Everyone was very professional kind and made it fun! The whole process was easy and smooth as silk. The staff was so good, I didn’t even feel the needle go in!
When I came in they did inform me that since I was new that it would be a couple hours. They also let me know that they were short staffed. Susan, Jesus, and Abby were the only 3 there and it ended up getting very busy. I think it ended up being close to 3.5/4 hours and they kept apologizing for the delay. I did read online before I came that it would be a long process for a new dinner so I brought a kindle to keep myself entertained. I appreciated them keeping me informed. And letting me know what was going on.
Nice employees. Just a very slow process. Everyone seems to be working but a very small percentage is working with urgency or efficiency. Don't particularly appreciate my license being display in a bag in view sight. For newbies the pay is fair than it drops significantly.
Today I used the express pass which works in the screening area and it's supposed to work in the donation area to buy I guess not and the donation people called everyone else waiting first.including the knee donor that came over waiting after I was already waiting I thought the express pass was supposed to get u to be hooked up in the donation area faster and skip waiting for everyone else.
