I love the staff here immensely but the lack of coverage has gotten completely out of hand. When it takes 1hr to get just screened there is something seriously wrong. Management needs to understand that drop in clients are because of that. No one has the time to wait an hour just to stand in line for screening. One nurse who should be specific to physicals and not doing screening then having to disappear to do a physical and one phlebotomist on duty limiting the donor allowance at any given time is insane. I had not donated plasma for over 20 years, I am over the Pandemic and decided I was enthusiastic and healthy enough tor return to regular plasma donation. I found the Octapharma in Escondido and felt welcomed. The one individual (nurse) named, Brandy is especially cheerful and friendly, while being very professional. When I began to be a consistent (2x/week) donor, I was soon-respectfully-called by my first name upon entering the business; I look forward to being greeted with the smile(s) and professionalism. I go the Escondido location and when you get there everyone says hello and they remember you. Lisa was very nice at check in. I like the fact that they don’t put you in a chair until they are ready to hook you up. Tobias and Jazmin were both friendly and talkative and I like that. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is interested in donating.
All employees are always awesome complete professionals. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I’ve tried another plasma donation center and in my opinion there was no comparison to the way you are treated at OctaPharma. I want to give a shout out to Baylee. Always cheerful. The rest of the staff is awesome two. There’s Jesus, and Ricky as well as Francine, Jasmine and Jess. And also the screening ladies always professional as well. I always have a GREAT EXPERIENCE here at this center. Everybody is friendly and PROFESSIONAL. There is a person named BAILEY that works there who is absolutely AWESOME, very hard working and AMAZING with people. Octapharma is very fortunate to have her, So I’m going to give her a 10 STAR RATING !!!!!
