It was my first time donating plasma, and I was a little nervous, but everyone at this facility was extremely friendly and informative throughout the entire process. It took about two hours since it was my first visit, but the staff was quick, efficient, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend this location, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Second time here and it’s always a great experience. The employees here are very kind and friendly. They always check in to see if you’re doing okay & the place and bathrooms are super clean. While you’re donating blood, most of the time they put a movie on which is a nice little distraction while pumping blood. Will be back soon! :)
My first time coming over here. The place is super clean and neat. Everyone is so professional. The staff are very generous and knowledgeable. I love how they are very organize. First time time here and the staff are very nice and professional. My phlebotomist Alexander, did an amazing job with hooking me up the machine. I didn't even feel the needle at all! He was very informative impatient with my questions! Anybody who's nervous before coming here we'll have their nerves ease once they meet these wonderful people that work here. Definitely coming back.
