My experience with the staff was phenomenal. They were very helpful, polite and answered all questions. I had very professionally. I really like the fact that they addressed me personally. And I'm going to recommend for all my friends and family to go to donate. Thank you.
First time donor. Smooth experience and although the clinic was busy and possibly short staffed, everyone was friendly and informative of the process. There was a wee bit of a wait at times, due the staffing, but over all things went smooth to where I wasn't overly bothered by the wait at times. They provided education along the way as to why certain things were being done which was appreciative, making the process more comfortable.
My first time coming over here. The place is super clean and neat. Everyone is so professional. The staff are very generous and knowledgeable. I love how they are very organize. Octapharma Plasma is definitely the place to go! The staff is absolutely fantastic—everyone is relaxed, friendly, and eager to work with you to ensure you have a good experience. A huge bonus is their new donor pay: I received $100 for both my first and second donations! Their hours are much more convenient and better accommodate my schedule compared to other centers in the area.
