I've been donating at octapharma for many years The phlebotomists here always go to the extreme length to make my visit amazing. I'd also like to thi6nk Alex for always being here and being very loyal and making me feel comfortable and listening to my concerns and addressing them and also helping with the stick if necessary He has gone out of his way. This business is run very efficiently. The entire staff are extremely professional and experienced. Very friendly and kind. Not only have I always had a pleasant and amazing experience here but also I have never seen a client unhappy or upset while I've been there. I'm especially fond of their excellent leaders Alex and Kyle. They are the best at what they do. Both of them go the extra mile to make sure each guest is happy and well taken cared of.
Just completed my first donation. It feels rare these days, even in a professional or medical setting, to encounter a whole team with great attitudes and expertise, but every single staff member that I interacted with today was awesome. I’ve been donating at Octapharma for 5yrs at Duke Street but I had to come to this center at University Avenue because Alex works here’s. He’s one of the best there is. He’s very Calm, professional n hard working, he cares about his patient n passionate about his job.
