I've been donating at octapharma for many years The phlebotomists here always go to the extreme length to make my visit amazing. I'd also like to thi6nk Alex for always being here and being very loyal and making me feel comfortable and listening to my concerns and addressing them and also helping with the stick if necessary He has gone out of his way. This place is one of the best places to ever come through for donating plasma. Not only are they all friendly and very good at their needle usage, but their payout is better and it doesn’t take long at all to finish here! I highly suggest coming to this location off of university. Alex, Sonia and the rest I haven’t named are awesome!
First time time here and the staff are very nice and professional. My phlebotomist Alexander, did an amazing job with hooking me up the machine. I didn't even feel the needle at all! He was very informative impatient with my questions! Anybody who's nervous before coming here we'll have their nerves ease once they meet these wonderful people that work here. Definitely coming back.
Very clean clinic and everything moved very smoothly and sufficiently. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm usually pretty nervous in any medical situations, but I felt very at ease at Octapharma.
Great crew working here! I donated for about a year, then took a year off due to my busy schedule. I came back two days ago and was delighted to see that 90% of the staff are still there. It’s clear this donation center takes good care of both its employees and donors. FYI: If it’s been over six months since your last donation, they check you in as a new donor—and the payment rates increase accordingly.
