Staff seem very friendly. This location is clean, fast and efficient. Alex is the best phlebotomist
Second time here and it’s always a great experience. The employees here are very kind and friendly. They always check in to see if you’re doing okay & the place and bathrooms are super clean. While you’re donating blood, most of the time they put a movie on which is a nice little distraction while pumping blood. Will be back soon! :)
My first time coming over here. The place is super clean and neat. Everyone is so professional. The staff are very generous and knowledgeable. I love how they are very organize. I've been donating at octapharma for many years The phlebotomists here always go to the extreme length to make my visit amazing. I'd also like to thi6nk Alex for always being here and being very loyal and making me feel comfortable and listening to my concerns and addressing them and also helping with the stick if necessary He has gone out of his way. This is my third plasma center where I have donated plasma and I can already say after donating twice the people here care more and take their time. They seem happy to be doing their job and I will continue to donate here. Alex is wondering and takes their time to make sure you are comfortable with everything. Really appreciating this facility and the staff. 🫶🏻✨🙏🏼
