Visited center for grand opening with interest to donate & immediately felt welcomed by staff. They laid out tables of food for us. Center was also very clean and orderly. I felt very comfortable here. I met director Dima, who welcomed me and thanked me for coming in. Unfortunately i could not donate due to medical condition but I will be referring others! Staff was awesome! Thanks anyways azusa center !
It was my first time here. I met the director, Dima, who is a really cool person. He took the time to talk to me and my wife and help explain the whole process. The moment I walked in, it felt very welcoming. Sophia was very gentle with the needle, which is always a good sign!
Very professional atmosphere the intake process was very easy thorough with Alias the information. It didn’t take that much time to get me on the bed to donate Yes I would Recommend this blood donation to anyone. Sophia was great at explain the process to me and very professional was great with the patients.
First time coming to this location was happy to see a lot of familiar faces. The service was fast it was nice seeing Diana T. up in the front definitely felt welcome upon walking in! Great customer service!
Staff is super friendly and helpful with all my questions! Excited to go back for my second donation! Nice new donor fees. Thank you for the snacks after my donation!
