Staff is very friendly and nice, however, I have been trying to donate for the past couple weeks but have been deferred. I live 45 minutes away and the last two times I’ve tried to walk in there is a sign saying “no new donors today” - A wasted 45 minute trip. I tried calling today to make sure they were accepting new donors and they will not answer the phone. The one day I went in I had to wait 10 or 15 minutes at the front desk just for someone to greet me and take my info. I understand short staff but please have someone ... read more
The initial process got delayed due to paperwork being misplaced which is human error and fully understandable. They made up by giving 2 passes to skip the line. The donation process is straight forward and easy. The staff here is very friendly.
Everything went smoothly last visit. The only thing was the check in process was slow as there was only one person checking in clients. By the time I got closer to the front of the line, they had another person helping check in clients. I'm very pleased with Octapharma. Thank you.
I have been trying to donate there for the last few weeks and keep getting turned away for “staffing issues” and finally they said to come during a weekday so I got off work early and when I came in was told my veins were not good enough. They barely checked my veins but at this point I’m over it as I’ve donated for 10 years and have never had the kind of trouble I have had here. The center's always clean, and the people are always professional. If you've known them long enough you get to joke around a little bit! Overall a very quick super pleasant experience. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!
