The center's always clean, and the people are always professional. If you've known them long enough you get to joke around a little bit! Overall a very quick super pleasant experience. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!
Even though I'm struggling with a latex reaction, the staff is kind and courteous. Wait times are very good and the money is fair. Hopefully my allergy will clear up soon and I can donate again
I go 3.5 miles, one way, on a bicycle, in 90°f heat just to donate in a setting that IS NOT at all private and wide open when answering questions only to be given 15 minutes to retake a 105 heart rate needing air conditioner to lower it with not enough time to do so while watching a hit and run in there parking lot go on and none of them caring whatsoever about it only to retake pulse at 103 and get deterred for the day? I don't think i am going to donate at any of these places any more they pay peanuts compared to the $800+... read more
My visit to the facility was absolutely wonderful! The staff were very kind and welcoming. The facility was clean and also had a clean smell. I was calm and the staff explained everything to me each step in the process. Very refreshing and pleasant experience!
