My visit to the facility was absolutely wonderful! The staff were very kind and welcoming. The facility was clean and also had a clean smell. I was calm and the staff explained everything to me each step in the process. Very refreshing and pleasant experience!
This is by far the best place I have donated. The wait time is minimal as well as the poke time . There place is clean and well managed . All the employees are very nice and friendly. They do a 5 star job.
Their ethical code is all messed up. They pay next to nothing. Not to mention the riff Raff that goes on in there. And every employee feel so entitled and gives you attitude. They literally just deferred me and I did nothing. My husband is the one that cussed them out. I left before anything happed. I didn't say anything to anyone. I went outside and made a review and now I'm deferred.
This place is ridiculous. They sent me a promotion asking me to come back. Then I get there and all they do is question me about a bad Google review I left of their facility. Then, when I refuse to remove the bad review they told me I'd have to be retested and wait another week to donate 😂. My review got removed I'm assuming by them without my permission and I have called three times trying to find out a clear answer of how owns this place. Everyone was super nice and helped us through the process! (we had tried to donate several other times at another company and there was always an issue) The phlebotomasts were fantastic and helped quickly when we had a little trouble. Make sure you eat before you go!! Super important! Great Job Octapharma. Your team Rocks! 😊 ❤️
