The Octapharma on Kings Canyon and Willow is a great traffic location, easy to reach... even using Fresno Fax (even in that notorious Fresno traffic)!! The facility is very clean and sanitized and seems state of the art to me. I enjoy donating every time, the staff is very professional and courteous while working swiftly and safely to put some cash in my pocket and get me back to my day.
I love it here! The staff is all so kind and honestly very witty and funny. It makes the experience for me very chill because i have anxiety with needles. The restrooms are always clean. The wait is never long. The phlebotomists are well trained and it never hurts. I love it!!
The Occtapharma Plasma located in Fresno, is very clean as all centers like this should be.Out of the 3 Plasma Centers in Fresno California that I have donated at, this location by far is the best one !!! The staff are polite, professional and gentle with the needle. The best thing I like is that it's not a long process at all. While all staff have been incredible, TC is the person who I have had the most interactions. Always courteous and professional. Great place to earn some extra money for yourself.
I’ve been coming with my husband we usually have good experiences. Just the last couple of times I had a bad experience. I mentioned to the sweet phlebotomist in the front what happened. She said she would bring it to managements attention. Reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because of the 2 kind ladies, Mai & the other lady I forgot her name.
