I really enjoy my time while at the Octapharma location in Fresno. The staff make me feel safe as well as appreciated. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is doing well during the donation process. Not only do I make a little extra money, but save lives at the same time Add photos
Hands down the best in Fresno. Will not go to any other one. The staff are all attentive, friendly, and efficient. Except for the assistant director with the black hair and glasses. He's an 🫏. Love everyone else that works there though.
Nurse Eve is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff members there. She me with a medical issue I was having and got me back on track and donating again. The kings canyon & peach center always has amazing customer service, T.C. is the best phlebotomist, she always makes sure that one stick and my donation goes smooth. Don’t forget to bring a jacket while enjoying the a/c on these hot Fresno days. It always seems full but not backed up. I have been donating here for about 4-5 months, it’s an easy 2-3 hours a week to make extra cash.
Eli at Octapharma Plasma is seriously the best! From the moment I walked in, he was super helpful and made the whole process a breeze. He kept things professional while still being super chill, which made me feel right at home. If you need a great first point of contact, Eli’s your guy—he's awesome all the way through!
