Yet again there is a line to the door and only one person pricking people's finger which is something everyone has to do. On Google itself it shows when it's busy at octa pharma therefore the manager has this information and still does not hire staff to help with the busy hours. I keep hearing that, "we apologize, we just have a lot of new donors"...if you have so many donors hire the appropriate amount of staff.
