This is definitely one of the nicest plasma places. With the place being nice and clean. The workers there have a smile on their faces all the time and they are so welcoming. They check up on you and are very attentive. I was going to the other plasma place in Visalia don’t waste your time to go there money is nice but the people aren’t. These people feel like they care about you a lot more.
I love this place! Tiffany is my favorite. She is super nice, She’s super fast At checking you in and she’s always in a good mood. The staff is so nice there. I recommend coming here if you plan on donating!

I had a great experience with Kass during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, Kass made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled—honestly, it was the easiest blood draw I’ve ever had! Kass also took the time to explain everything, which helped calm my nerves. Truly appreciated the kindness and care. Highly recommend!
