The staff is friendly and well staffed. I like to keep to a schedule on donating and so I was happy to have this branch as an option when I was in town for work. My only comment would be to perhaps work on efficiency and timing. This might be due to the branch being new and getting into the groove of things, but on some items, there appears to be a delay on such as getting donors seated and once seated, starting the actual donation process.
Very clean staff is super nice only a 2star because severely under staffed been here since 8am an hour later still waiting only 5 staff members total need more staff update they open at 8 but are not ready for at least 20 to 30 minutes after they are open guess they don't know the meaning of open at 8am not still getting ready smh very unprofessional as this business has been open since November update from 2 star to 1 star been here since 8am 30 minutes later still standing in line would give it a no star but staff is so ni... read more
They were very kind, courteous and explained everything well. It was a great experience as a first time donor. Definitely will come back!
They treat you very nice and its very clean and more on telling you how the processes is.. I'm felt comfortable and they have TV's for you to watch.Also so it was a really nice experience
This is a great center! My first time donating after a long time after donating at other places and I was really impressed with how informative and through the staff was. I didn’t have an appointment but they just do walkins so it worked out. I was in and out pretty quick for the first visit.
