The first day I came in to Octapharma Riverside I was very impressed. I was greeted by Ari & saw Aliciane to qualify for my first donation. Such great care is rare! So appreciate this and felt welcomed. My next step was with Alexis, and the process was smooth from there. I have found Tiffany & the entire phlebotomy crew to be wonderful, caring people. It was my first time donating and I had an awesome experience! Everyone was really nice and took care of me. Everyone explained what to expect, what certain things meant, and to not hesitate if I felt anything weird so they can help me right away. shoutout to Javi, Yolanda, Anancia, and the whole staff. thank you for making this an enjoyable experience for me! I would totally u recommend this place for plasma donation! very clean and awesome staff!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊

Amazing experience! This facility is clean and spacious. Like with any Plasma donation centers, the wait time varies. They have plenty of chairs to make you comfortable while waiting to donate. I highly recommend this facility!
