This location is truly the best, staffing is great, friendly, and respectful. The operation Manager Tiffany is a true leader she leads by example and always hustling to get the guest in and out. She has a high level of a sense of urgency. Kiddos Tiffany!
This is a very new and upgraded location in riverside ca. During the vitals the employee was very polite til you get to the donation area and seats you not calling by name to assure your info is correct that’s where the attitude starts smh. While waiting in the chair to donate things start to make a lot of sense some of there employees are from the Colton location and that location is you know what just read the reviews yourself . Smooth process, clean facilities, and professional staff. My only complaint would be the freezing and lagging on the tablets used to answer questions. Also the ceiling tile in the entrance way looks like it’s about to fall.
Great experience, a bit redundant with the photo ID and second form of ID, while getting physical and starting the process as new donor each employee asked to see both, had to keep pulling them out of wallet. Otherwise not a bad experience at all. Super clean and organized, every person there was extremely nice and personable!
I had the best experience at this new center. I walked in & was instantly greeted by Lo! I walked in a little confused and not knowing exactly what I was in for but Lo walked me through the entire appointment. Ari was another extremely helpful gem, she tested all my vitals so quickly & also helped me figure out why I couldn’t log into my online donor portal! 10/10 will be coming back & will for sure recommend this location to my family and friends. Thank you Lo and Ari!
