I normally come here to donate as this is normally the BEST place to donate out of all those available… It had been 7 months since donating last and I never had any issues prior. My husband and I decided to go donate December 30st to help save lives and bring people happiness in the new year. The manager that worked that day was amazing and is why I rated this higher. UPDATE- please train your staff to ask if we want to be told our weight. This has never happened at this center or the other one I’ve been to. She didn’t exactly say it quietly and I felt embarrassed. The person behind me was well within ear distance I used to go to Biolife a few years ago, but stopped after consistent hours long waits (despite making appointments) and a couple other issues. The staff was very positive and enthusiastic. They provided a very supportive environment and excellent professionalism. The facility was very clean kept well in order. My experience was superlative!
Friendly staff and clean location. My favorite staff member has been Javi. Always friendly, welcoming and lets me know how my levels are every step of the way. When my levels don't pass he makes sure to give me advice on how to raise them.
