Awesome place the ladies are amazing. Good vibes and energy. Elisa I think was her name did the donation itself, so super sweet. And the girl who did my new donor info was so cool! Remember if you go fairly early to be patient they are doing the best they can. $75 for first donation varies after that first 7 payments are bigger then what a returning don’t would get one of the payments is 120 so definitely stick to it.
I had a rough first time donating. I got sick during the process and everyone was amazing. From the moment I got there, to all the assessments, and the donation itself; all the staff were so kind and friendly! I’ll be back even though I had a rough first go, simply because the staff was so amazing!
The staff is very professional and at the same time kind and caring. They make you feel comfortable while donating. They call you by your name which makes the experience more personal. I'm glad they put a center closer to where I live
The floor staff is great. Reception??? one screener is not always enough. Time spent just to get through reception is super slow even when they aren't crowded. The manager blames it on HPD , but I noticed the low staff retention. I recognized the dilemma. But how we treat people & staff is key.
Super professional friendly and fun staff! I come here and they know me. I feel like family. Kinda like on cheers. When I walk in everyone there is all like "Lashawn" or "Shawnie" yeah that part! I'm famous here! Well in my mind I am anyway! Yall are the G.O.AT.!
