The staff is wonderful, friendly and very professional from Jaya, Bogs, Alicia to the management and director. They make my experience so relaxing and welcoming every time. The staff today was great and friendly as always, Alston and ROCKY were very helpful

I been coming to this spot since last year and I seen nothing but the best everyone is friendly. Jaya she fast with what she do. She's friendly and always have a smile.
The place have always been nice and pretty much all the people make you feel welcomed and make syre you are ok and they no they donors well. It's one girl that made me felt unwelcome because she didn't like the time I came in and caused so much attention to me i felt uncomfortable and i left yesterday so I'll be speaking with the manager today when they open at 1. Everyone else is so nice this is my favorite location.
This place is good if you drive yourself and don't have kids. I dropped my mom off and when I went to check on her they were rude to me. And I honestly understand that they don't want kids in the facility in the back where they're drawing the plasma and everything but to for a toddler to not be able to use the bathroom while waiting on somebody who was donating is ridiculous.
